Program Overview
Junior Development is a four-week structured small-group development program designed to strengthen individual skills while teaching athletes how to apply those skills within real basketball situations.
This program goes beyond basic drills. Athletes will be challenged to improve their ball control, finishing, shooting, passing, movement, defensive habits, and decision-making.
The goal is to help each athlete become more confident, more efficient, and more effective during games.

Capacity: Limited to 10–12 athletes
Level: Developing to intermediate

Who This Program Is For
Junior Development is designed for athletes who:
- Are between the ages of 10 and 13
- Play recreational, school, league, house league, or rep basketball
- Want to improve individual skills
- Need more confidence during games
- Want to improve decision-making
- Need stronger fundamentals under pressure
- Are preparing for team tryouts or higher levels of competition
The program is suitable for developing and intermediate athletes. Advanced players may still benefit through added pace, defensive pressure, and more difficult progressions.

Each 90-minute session will include:
- Dynamic warm-up and ball activation
- Technical skill teaching

- Finishing or shooting development

- Team review and weekly development challenge

Athletes will be taught to:
- Move after passing
