VBL Summer Team Practice Schedule
Team practices begin this week and give athletes the chance to build chemistry, prepare, and get ready for Week 1 action on Sunday, July 12.

Each team has one consistent weekly practice slot. Please locate your team below for its assigned practice day and time.
Tuesday Practices
