Program Overview

VBA Foundations is a four-week structured small-group development program designed for younger athletes who are beginning to build their basketball skills, confidence, coordination, and understanding of the game.

This program is not simply recreational play. Every session is organized around teaching athletes the correct habits from the beginning so they can develop a strong base before progressing into more advanced basketball.

The environment will remain positive, energetic, and age-appropriate, while still maintaining clear standards for effort, listening, teamwork, and improvement.
